To avoid any repeat investigations, please present GP referrals, medical reports and/or previous diagnostic images & its corresponding reports to our Chiropractors, if available.

The Chiropractor reserves the right to withhold or deny treatment if the member’s condition is deemed unsuitable for chiropractic care, or if treatment is inappropriate without supporting imaging reports (e.g., impact injuries or neurological disorders). No refunds will be provided for treatment sessions, and a 10% administrative fee will apply to package redemptions under such findings.
