  • All offers exclude any Spine X-Rays; if required

  • Trial offer valid only for new (first time) customers to True Chiropractic.

  • To avoid any repeat investigations, please present GP referrals, medical reports and/or previous diagnostic images & its corresponding reports to our Chiropractors, if available.

  • The Chiropractor reserves the right to withhold or deny treatment if the member’s condition is deemed unsuitable for chiropractic care, or if treatment is inappropriate without supporting imaging reports (e.g., impact injuries or neurological disorders). No refunds will be provided for trial sessions, and a 10% administrative fee will apply to package redemptions under such findings.

  • Applicable for active Great Eastern Rewards members & policy holders only. 

  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other voucher or promotions / rebates

  • Treatment valid for Program Concession Rate use : Adjustment / SIS / Shockwave / Decompression / Ultrasound

  • All offers are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash

  • Prices include prevailing GST
